Support on the path to more life energy

Would you like to recharge your batteries and actively do something for your mental and physical health? Or would you like to get to know or practice Qigong? I am happy to support and inspire you on your way to a better sense of well-being with Qigong, coaching, mindfulness and mental fitness training.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese tradition and one pillar of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). With Qigong we train posture and movement without putting any pressure on ourselves, regulate our breath and cultivate our imagination. Qigong has helped me to get a better feeling for my body, to find more peace and mindfulness mentally and generally to gain more energy as well as more self-confidence. 

Following what my Qigong master Jumin Chen is saying "Not thinking about what Qigong is and what it does leads you on the path to health, but only your own actions". I would like to invite you to try Qigong for yourself and make your own experiences. I will be happy to support you.
