
ANDREA WENGER
I am passionate about bringing people together and supporting them on their path to greater well-being, serenity and mindfulness. I am always excited to learn new things myself and to share the knowledge I have acquired with others.
So I decided to attend training as a Qigong trainer in 2018. In 2021 I graduated with a diploma as qualified Qigong trainer (diplomierte Qigong-Kursleiterin) from the Chen Academy. The daily Qigong exercise helps me to find a balance in the hectic workday and to stay mentally and physically healthy. Through the exercises I have found a better body awareness and can therefore face difficult situations with more self-confidence.
I am very happy to encourage others to actively do something for their health and well-being through the Qigong lessons and the audio meditations as well as mindfulness exercises created as additional support.
With my additional knowledge and experience as a solution-focused coach and mental fitness trainer, I can also help you to realise your full potential and find the right answers to recurring issues in your life.
