MINDFULNESS TRAINING

Find your inner peace

Would you like to have more balance and focus in this hectic and unpredictable time? Would you like to find a suitable way for you to master challenges and to positively influence your health?

In this training I will teach you the theory of stress and its effects and accompany you in learning practical breathing and mindfulness techniques (according to TLEX) for more inner peace and attention.

What is mindfulness?

  • Mindfulness is the perception of your own experience in the present moment without judgement.

  • Mindfulness helps us to experience life consciously as it unfolds and to stay present and calm and align our focus.

Examples of mindfulness in everyday life

You are present, taking in your surroundings and what is happening around you. Your attention is sharpened (less internal and external distractions) and you manage to give your full attention to your surroundings in the present moment. For example, mindful listening, recognising the changes of the seasons, mindful eating. In this sense mindfulness is an inner attitude. The inner posture can be strengthened with various exercises, such as breathing exercises.
